Institute a standard reporting mechanism for reporting compliance issues that need investigation and resolution, including confidentiality measures. Monitoring possible areas of compliance risk and implementing corrective action plans for the resolution of current and potential problems.Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures. Process based approach for defining and adopting systems for statutory compliances and risk management.Raising the profile of the legal function to partner with the wider business function and interests.Key driver in change management initiatives in the Company primarily from a process improvement and cost efficiency perspective.
