Ethnographic Research & Gemba Walks: Immersing myself in the real-world environment—from the factory floor to the finance desk—to understand the human factors and undocumented workflows. Hands-on Process Mining: I don\'t just observe; I perform the tasks myself, from creating invoices to scanning dispatches, to feel the friction and identify hidden inefficiencies firsthand. 3.\"As-Is\" vs.\"To-Be\" Mapping: I analyze not just the SOPs, but the reasons for deviation, which allows me to architect a \"To-Be\" state that is both visionary and practical. This process of precise problem definition allows me to then rapidly test hypotheses and validate logic using AI-assisted tools. As my vision gets clearer through prototyping, I can deliver powerful, validated solutions in weeks, not years, fundamentally de-risking major transformation projects.
