This liking toward solving problems and seeking for new solutions have helped me develop continuous improvement an inherent feature of my day-to-day work. I adopt an algorithmic approach to any problem and their solution(s). Main idea is to \'breakdown\' the problem into smaller pieces, find a proper \'binder\' to hold the pieces together and \'integrate\' the pieces to form one, big solution (like solving an integral calculus problem). It may sound easy and implied - this approach, however, is not simple. I have been able to successfully execute this approach in a number of projects through the years. My main learning is that it is extremely important to learn the art of breaking down the problem into smaller pieces. This is paramount and is the main foundation of this approach. There is no better feeling than the accomplishment of solving a problem and celebrating the success with the team.
