I’ve always believed that entrepreneurship is about solving real problems and creating meaningful impact. My journey started early — at just 19 years old, I founded Sparta Robotics in 2014, where we introduced robotics to school students at a cost of just ₹5 per session. That experience taught me how innovation, even at a small scale, can inspire and empower others. In the years that followed, I went on to build and scale multiple ventures: Kapardi.com (2018–2019) – an online grocery and vegetable delivery platform launched during the COVID era, which I successfully exited at 6X returns. Techliner Software Solutions (2020) – an edtech initiative that later transformed into Dataventics Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd, registered in 2023.‍ Today, I lead Dataventics as Director & CEO, overseeing multiple verticals:🤖 HYRESO – our flagship AI-driven platform for interview preparation, job discovery, and student upskilling. Our MVP launched in Aug 2025 and gained active users within its first month. We are now building the advanced version powered by AI. DV Learningz – an edtech vertical focused on student learning, technical events, and startup engagement. Dataventics Service Division – offering expertise in Data Analytics, Data Science, BI, Mobile & Web App Development.🤝 Strategic Partnerships – active investments and collaborations in FinTech (Arthalaksh Capital), AgriTech (Mahindra & Mahindra, Carbonis), and EdTech (DVLearningz) Alongside my startup journey, I bring over a decade of professional IT experience in the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics industry, having worked onsite in Charlotte (USA) and Cancún (Mexico) with global clients. My career path:Product Consultant → BI Consultant → BI Architect → Manager Professional Services → COO & Head of BI Business Division → Founder & CEO at Dataventics. Partnered with Fortune 500 clients including AstraZeneca, Campbell, and Infocepts, where I led BI teams and delivered enterprise-grade solutions. I’m a Microsoft Certified Data Analyst, skilled across Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Jira, Snowflake, AWS, Redshift, SQL Server, Power Apps, and Data Flows. After 10+ years in IT and 3 startup experiences, I finally took the leap to pursue my dream full-time with Dataventics.My mission is clear: To build world-class products, empower students and businesses, and leverage data-driven innovation to create scalable impact.

My role focuses on driving business growth, building scalable solutions, and ensuring operational excellence. I oversee the development of our flagship AI-driven product HYRESO, manage strategic partnerships in FinTech, AgriTech, and EdTech, and guide our service verticals in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and App Development. With a strong emphasis on innovation and impact, I work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions, foster collaboration, and position Dataventics as a trusted partner in data-driven transformation and digital growth.
