I graduated from KIIT University with a bachelor\'s degree in information technology in 2018.    Working as Senior Site Reliability Engineer and responsible for automating the task which are redundant and requires manual intervention.• Aligned with Upgrade team and take care of deployment using in-house CICD tool developed.• Created Multiple dashboard on powerBI to consolidate the Metrics, Incidents and SR ticket if any after the go-live.• Worked on automating the task to reduce the human effort by 20% during the pre-check and post-check upgrade, where it involved scripting using python and powerShell in-order to check the synchronization status of citrix serves.• Setup of Grafana Dashboard for the visualization of the metrics of the server from various data source prometheus, Loki etc.• Automated the task of servers resync which are made as abandon during upgrade and once go live is completed we make it synchronized manually all this achieved with python scripting and rsync command
