I am a technology executive with over 20 years of experience driving \"hockey stick\" growth and leading cross-geo teams of 400+ engineers and PMs. My career has been defined by a single obsession: transforming how software is built and how products serve users in an AI-first world. Currently, as VP of Technology at Visa, I manage a diverse portfolio including Post-Purchase, Digital Products, Visa Consulting Tech Stack, and AI for Marketing. I have transformed these verticals with GenAI, impacting not just the products we ship, but the internal developer culture itself.Previously, as a General Manager at Microsoft, I spent 16 years shipping 0-to-1 products. I launched the v1 of the Copilot app, incubated shopping recommendations, grew product search DAU and revenue 5x+, shipping industry first multi user chat with AI within skype and reversed the decline of SwiftKey by reimagining it as an AI-first keyboard. I also worked on search suggestions on Bing, Edge browser and windows overhauling the system to achieve unprecedented scale and improving SSRx(session success rate) significantly.
