Public relations and corporate communications, as well as research and measurement analysis, are the focal points of my responsibilities. Specifically, I am tasked with assessing the effectiveness of PR efforts in the automotive industry. Additionally, managing a team of over 30+ professionals requires me to keep track of their daily key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, timeliness, and accuracy.In order to serve our esteemed global automobile clients effectively, I conduct thorough research and analysis on automotive media trends. This enables me to compile comprehensive reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. Alongside this role in media management, I also oversee team operations by providing guidance through mentoring sessions and training programs for new members.Communication research is another aspect that falls under my purview. It is crucial that we maintain service level agreements (SLAs) while delivering weekly KPI reports that meet or exceed industry benchmarks. Achieving a 100% success rate in meeting client deliverables is one of our top priorities.Aside from these core areas of responsibility, I place great importance on client servicing to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery process.
