Managing customer relations by handling their queries and complains.Diligently ensured strict compliance with Anti -Boycott regulations, OFAC compliance and AML risk and internal control.Ensuring compliance of all internal procedures, operational controls, quality systems and regulatory requirements.Resolving queries and discrepancies in the transaction by coordinating with branches and ensuring seamless processing of transactions from end to end.SWIFT activities monitoring (SWIFT segregation, Misc SWIFT clearance, Misc SWIFT sending).Other Misc activities monitoring (Pre acceptance SWIFT, Due date extension, Unpaiddocuments return, Un-acceptance tracer sending, Misc SWIFT reply).Sanction letter vetting related to Trade Finance clause. Structure Trade transaction creation coordinate with various stake holder.
