My main role this time in Fabindia was to head this new department by the name of FABNU that is a women\'s western wear brand.The brand identity was to provide the best possible designs, silhouettes but at a very competitive price points.I used to take care of the complete end to end solutions from range closures, to costing closures, order placement and ensuring on time delivery.Regular store visits- to understand the feedback on products. This brand that I was handling was Rs 40 crore business. After that I was moved to the core women western business to take care of a larger chunk of the business that was worth Rs120 cr. I am taking care of Chikankari and core business
