   As the Manager of the Fidelity Design System, I lead the end-to-end lifecycle management, collaborate with UI/UX and Accessibility teams to define features, gather requirements, and plan releases using Agile methodologies.2. In addition to overseeing design system operations, I spearhead vendor management by conducting evaluations and negotiating contracts to ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.3.
