IT Strategy- Participate in formulating & evolving Groupe’s enterprise architecture to ensure it is aligned with and supports Groupe’s strategic goals- Evolve Enterprise Business Applications Framework as per strategic direction, business needs & industry trends Program Management- Program/Project setup: inception, establish, execute, monitor & learn- Delivery Management: end-to-end delivery ownership - Operations management: as per agreed Service Levels Stakeholder Management- Partner with CXO’s, Exec Leadership, Clients (Agency Leads) at strategic level to drive technology - Manage key vendors/ third party suppliers - Maintain a consultative approach to manage senior stakeholders in Agency & ITBudget Management- Budget accountability for financial applications portfolio- Identify proactive opportunities for cost savings through automation & improving service qualityAudits & Compliance- Refine Change Management Process by establish Change Control Board - Data Security & Privacy – work with internal Security & Data Protection teams to ensure required controls are implemented to ensure Groupe is safeguarded w.r.t liabilities- Manage internal & external auditors; observations are addressed within timelines Vendor Management- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage service agreements- Partner with Procurement on RFP, proposal review, evaluation, shortlist & selection and then on-board Talent Management - Recruit, develop, and retain top IT talent- Lead and manage global teams including APAC, LATAM & NA - Scale and build team with required competencies ground-up, onboard & ramp-up Requirement Management: possess functional know how of Enterprise applications - Provide clear & compelling vision and strategy based upon business need- Facilitate requirement gathering & solution design- Drive iterative system development and ensure delivery meets quality standard
