Managing entire activities efficiently for team of 32, starting from planning of the day.• Higher management acknowledged improvement in SLAs of Incidents, Changes, Service Requests & Problems areas by giving dedicated responsibility to each individual & implementing stand-up call for Whiteboard & Huddles.• Working as a Lean anchor for the project so eliminating waste by implementing Cross Cutting Design Levers like Whiteboard & Huddles, motivating team, reducing unaccounted effort, cross skilling for increasing individual productivity, this resulted into reuse of 4 FTE in new opportunities, i.e. saving worth of 0.3M USD/year.• Deliver manger appreciated ideas of creating Knowledge repository & sharing with across teams that will help to reduce Incident inflow of the queue & Turnaround time (TAT) of the Incidents.• Program team appreciated proactively showcasing process gap in existing billing of FCRs to the Client, that consequences to Client agreed paying 1 FTE additional resource to compensate for just validated FCRs.• Performing regular quality audit with Quality Analyst & continuously looking from scope of improvement perspective resulted into improvement from silver to gold in assessment.• Performing people management by doing effective capacity planning, work estimation and improving individual Productivity.• Working closely with Program team to take care of daily issues & improvements.
