Migrated legacy application services and databases (+TB in Size) from On-Prem to AWS Cloud using AWS DMS/SCT. • Involved in Design / data modeling phase for cloud migration from Oracle to Aurora Postgres. • Moved the Informatica CDC PowerExchange to cloud CDC express on EC2 setup. • Archived the retired 2TB of databases from On-Prem to AWS Glacier using S3, DataSync, S3 Lite and impdp/expdp. • Involved in feasibility testing / design cycle for Multiple transactional & legacy systems migration and onboarding. • Upgraded different Live Aurora Postgres RDS version in AWS cloud with zero impact. • Upgraded Prod Oracle 12c database to Oracle 19c which is mission critical and was 3TG in size. • Setup Jenkin Pipeline for deployment for major release and AWS cloud migration before DMS. • Worked / Configure the Flyway / UCD (Urban Code Deploy) for CI/CD to automate the code deployment. • EZS application was facing JDBC timeout error due to the slowness for update query. The max timeout was set to 3 sec and query was taking 11 sec. So we tuned the query to complete in max time. • FRCO application weekly/monthly job had suddenly experience extreme slowness. This was due to the query execution plan change. • Partition the database using SQL partition advisory and suggested the type, column and design for partitioning to the application team. • Deployed major releases for different application on production database. Coordinated with application team and Perform implementation code review. • Evaluate the performance thread / risk by the major release and notify the application team. • Installed / configured Informatica Power Exchange tool for application CDC. PWX is replication tool used instead of GoldenGate. • Prepared and presented the PowerPoint presentation for management report which represent the half yearly status report for the project. • Fannie Mae has its own automated code, DB mod deployment Flyway tool. We support / troubleshoot their tool issues
