ABOUT PRASUN SINGHA ROY

I’m an operations leader with 13+ years of experience across large-scale production environments, people leadership, and process excellence.I began my career in a startup environment, where I built strong hands-on skills, adaptability, and comfort working with evolving processes. I later transitioned into structured operations at Teleperformance, spending nearly eight years progressing from Technical Support Analyst to Manager – Operations. During this time, I led teams of up to 250 people across multiple domains and channels, owning end-to-end operations including performance management, capacity planning, quality governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.For the past 2.5 years, I’ve been part of Revolut’s in-house, product-driven operations. I progressed from Junior Team Lead to Mid Team Lead and currently serve as an Interim Production Operations Manager, managing ~180 people across internal teams and vendor partners. My focus is on operational stability, KPI delivery, vendor governance, cross-functional alignment, and scaling processes while maintaining quality and customer experience.I’m passionate about building strong teams, creating clear operating rhythms, and driving data-led, sustainable improvements.
