Data Governance Leader | Metadata & Data Quality | Banking & Regulatory Data | CDMP | PMPI am a data governance and data management leader with 10+ years of experience in financial services, helping organizations build trusted, well-governed and regulatory-ready data foundations. My work sits at the intersection of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and business transformation, with a strong focus on enabling firms to treat data as a strategic asset. I have led end to end metadata and governance initiatives across large financial institutions, where I\'ve worked with cross-functional stakeholders across business, technology, and risk to implement enterprise governance frameworks, data ownership models, data lineage, and data quality controls. I have hands-on experience deploying and scaling metadata solutions such as Collibra and Informatica, defining governance standards, onboarding domains into firmwide catalogs, and embedding policy-driven controls into end to end data management lifecycle.Across my career in banking and financial services, I have supported large-scale data programs involving regulatory alignment such as GDPR, CCPA, BCBS 239 principles, data quality remediation, and governance operating models. I enjoy bringing structure to complex data environments, clarifying ownership and accountability, and helping organizations move from fragmented data practices to enterprise-grade governance.I’m known as a strong translator between business and technology, someone who can align executives, data stewards, and engineers around a common governance vision.
