Working in the capacity of Team Lead; administering a team of Sourcing Professionals and managing full spectrum of Strategic Sourcing functions for the client Google by collaborating with their Sourcing Managers. Managing a team of five sourcing professionals overseeing ~$6B in annual spend and delivering ~$300M in savings across major Data Center Capital Projects. This included the strategic sourcing and contracting of Architect Engineering (AE) firms for Data Center Design and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) firms, alongside suppliers for PAD Utilities, Foundation, Core & Shell, Fit-Out etc. Providing leadership & oversight in driving overall RFP & RFQs Execution, Negotiations, Client Reporting and Team Management Applying pragmatic overview in overseeing and researching trends in the industry and best practices Aiding in soliciting bids, leading auctions, negotiating with suppliers as well as giving recommendations, qualifying and contracting with new vendors Valued contributor in conducting Market Analysis, Benchmark and TCO Spend Analysis for the assigned projects Efficiently & effectively generated and evaluated scorecards; conducted complex supplier’s performance validation Facilitating NDA, MSA, ISA, FSA and other Contract Negotiations, with active involvement in Track Savings (Cost Avoidance & Reduction)
