ABOUT PRASOON KOCHHAR
Queen’s MBA’19 graduate and a seasoned professional with rich experience in the areas of technology strategy, technology transformation roadmaps, workforce strategy, FinOps, technology adoption and technology business management. At Canada Life, my role contributes to steering the Global Technology organization towards achieving synergies and growth. Currently working on cost transformation initiatives such as FinOps, workforce sourcing strategy, cost benchmarking and application rationalization. Fostering technology adoption, knowledge sharing on latest technology trends and leading strategic governance forums are my other key responsibility areas. Prior to joining Canada Life, I worked with KPMG in their Technology Consulting practice. As an engagement manager, I have had the privilege of working with client’s C-level executives on their complex strategic problems and key business initiatives. I also have a post-graduate degree in Software Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, India.
