My role involves managing on-ground programs, coordinating with government departments and partners, and ensuring that each project delivers measurable impact.I focus on using data and practical insights to strengthen city-level operations, improve waste management, and promote cleaner, healthier living conditions. I also lead a small team that works across different departments to support efficient planning, monitoring, and policy implementation.My goal is to help build systems that make cities more sustainable and livable — where collaboration between citizens, government, and organizations drives lasting change.
