I’m an Elder Care specialist. I have received the International Standard of training through Silveiahemmet, who are the education partners for Epoch Elder Care in India. This partnership helps us at Epoch to be updated about the global developments in Elderly Care. I hold a Masters in Hospital administration from Lucknow University. I have completed Basic Life Support (BLS) training from Vidyanta Skill institute, affiliated from American Heart Association. I work for Epoch Elder Care, which is India’s expert in Dementia and Assisted Living. Epoch Assisted Living Homes provide holistic, Person Centered Care that enables elders to have the highest quality of life. We normalize the life of elders with chronic conditions, using Person-Centered Care, whilst focusing on overall well-being and happiness. Epoch has more than 8 years of relevant experience in India, and follows evidence-based global best practices.What I do at Epoch:1. Maintain the high standard of care all time by ensuring Epoch practice best Global protocols and policies. Timely reviewing of the SOP’s and renewing when required.3. Responsible for ensuring a high level of care & engagement for all residents.4. Review all incidents (clinical/non-clinical) for all homes. Ensure proper incident reporting protocol is followed as per the policies developed. Provide FMs support and guidance on managing incidents.5. I’m the Chairperson of ICC (Internal Complaints Committee a body envisaged to receive complaints on sexual harassment at the workplace. My responsibility is to handle all the cases very sensitively and solve it as per the law. Oversee training of care staff in all homes. Schedule ongoing training in-services.7. Critically analyze quality of care and overall processes.8. Responsible for overseeing the budget for all homes.9. Responsible for ensuring Epoch policies are followed company-wide.10. Manage all elements of the transition of new resident
