I have total experience of approx 10 years in NPD department. Having vast experience in new product development of automotive products. Having experience in Injection molding, Blow molding, ultrasonic welding, assembly of product. currently looking for New Product Development of Door Trims, Bumper front and Rear, QTR Trims, Fender lining, Garnish Cowl Top, Ducts, Washer Tank, Hose Assy, CTR Pillar. Previously developed products are control unit HVAC, Lock sets, Hazard switch, parking switch, Head Lamp leveling switch and many more automotive switches. Work experience in Injection molding from 30 ton to 2500 ton machine. Raw materials which deals during my technical journey are PP, ABS, PC, PMMA, PBT, NYLON, PA6, PA66.

Worked as a Senior Engineer-2 in SRDD department from 5th Feb’2020 to 14th Aug’2020. Check the resources and technical manpower of mold workshop and injection process. Participate in mold transfer activity from china and know the schedule for mold transfer and vendor schedule for trail of molds. Check daily injection issues and mold issues and give suggestions to solve these issues to run production normally. Monitor daily mold related documents and track cavity grain life and publish record on BPM. Giving suggestions to vendor to improve defects production rate. Improvement done by me for- Black/Yellow dot, Bulging, Bubble, Scratch, Black Shade defects. Track daily delivery plan vs actual, if any shortage in delivery then find cause and if any technical issue (injection or mold) then solve it. Making project summary report regarding mold related issues during mass production. Making supplier monthly assessment report regarding mold and injection and submit to concern team. Checking daily IQC pass rate, if pass rate gone below or any defect come in IQC, then find cause and give suggestions to vendor to solve it. Handle production line issues regarding TPU, if any issue come on production line, then go to line and check the issue and give solution to run line smoothly and parallel ask vendor for improvement.
