Drawing inspiration from the theory of unconscious forces, the importance of present-focused awareness, and the dialectical nature of behavior, she embraces a dynamic and eclectic approach that includes various modalities, ranging from psychoanalysis to humanism. She earned her master\'s degree from Amity University, Noida, where she achieved academic distinctions, graduating with first-division honors. Throughout her academic journey, she had the opportunity to work with diverse populations spanning various age groups, which provided her with valuable experience. Notably, she has had the opportunity to work with underprivileged children in a shelter home, catering to their psychological needs, with a passionate commitment to making mental health accessible to all levels of society.
