As the Release Leader for SAP S4, I am a key member of the EOS Release Technical Team, responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end release process. This process governs how changes move from the development environment to the production environment, passing through several critical milestones such as testing and quality assurance.In my role, I am actively involved in designing, aligning, building, and communicating the release process across the organization. I ensure that both internal teams and external partners deliver changes in line with the agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.Additionally, I manage vendor relationships, serving as a crucial bridge between the organization and external partners. This involves coordinating deliverables, ensuring vendors meet expectations, and aligning their contributions with overall project goals. My focus is on fostering collaboration and maintaining clear communication between all stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful releases.
