This is a tech-wide CSO (Chief Security office) initiative that involves remediation of non-personal system accounts by mapping them to safe vault and automatically rotating credentials periodically due to a CSO strategic requirement. Drafted and managing project plan, milestones, RAIDS, resource and budget tracking, release management. The project impacts ETL Batch, Real Time applications and involves 150+ system accounts.• Leading a major warehouse migration initiative driven by CIO. The project impacts multiple stakeholders, business executives and affects ETL and Real Time applications. Performing stakeholder collaboration, resource, budget and risk management, communication of status to senior executives, project planning, scrum ceremonies, backlog refinement sessions with product teams. Collaborating closely across departments, development, and QA to ensure requirements are accurately captured and delivery timelines met. Managing project timelines, tracking progress against plan. Identifying and managing RAIDS while periodically reviewing and mitigating risks. Working closely with developers and change team to plan releases, manage delivery.• Successfully delivered a technical remediation engagement (RHEL 8 platform) which involved migrating servers that performs ETL on multiple data sources that eventually feed data to key Fraud detection services.
