From structures to shaping skylines — my journey from a Civil Engineer to work for Real Estate Developer has been anything but ordinary.With a foundation in civil engineering, I spent the start of my career immersed in the technical aspects of construction. But always felt a pull toward the bigger picture — the vision, the planning, and the opportunity to create value beyond the blueprint.Making the switch to professional real estate development wasn’t easy. It meant stepping out from a zone that you were not ready for, learning new dynamics of the business, and taking risks. But it was one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.Over the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of successfully contributing to sales for residential and commercial projects, learning the art of channel sales, market strategy, customer-centric design, sales, and end-to-end project execution.
