   Leading Fraud & Credit Acquisitions Platform: Lead global Fraud Engineering for Detection, Identity & Verification platforms, accountable for product strategy, backlog ownership, and roadmap delivery while ensuring 99.9% availability of mission-critical fraud engines.• Define and evolve product vision for fraud detection and ID & V, partnering with business, risk, and data science to deliver secure, customer-centric solutions protecting 30M+ daily transactions and logins across US and UK digital journeys.• Achieved 65% reduction in production tickets by prioritizing and resolving backlog issues with targeted code fixes and proactive enhancements. Reduced cyber/risk exceptions by 60% through encryption upgrades, authentication improvements, and EOL remediation.• Built and delivered machine-learning fraud detection engine (AWS, Kafka, Aerospike) processing 20M+ daily transactions with average 250ms response times within SLA. Delivered a React/microservices/Mongo-based ID & V platform on Openshift using docker containers/kubernetes, handling 31M daily logins with sub-350ms response.
