Currently serving as a Chief Minister’s Good Governance Fellow under the Department of Good Governance and Convergence, Government of Chhattisgarh, a prestigious initiative in collaboration with IIM Raipur and Transforming Rural India (TRI). As part of this initiative, I am pursuing a two-year MBA in Public Policy and Governance at IIM Raipur, a uniquely structured program integrating rigorous academic learning with immersive field placement in government departments.In my fellowship role, I am placed with the Social Welfare Department, Government of Chhattisgarh, where I work under the inspiring leadership of Shri Bhuvanesh Yadav Sir, IAS, Secretary. His guidance provides me the opportunity to actively contribute at the intersection of policy formulation and service delivery innovation. My work focuses on enhancing transparency, improving administrative efficiency, and strengthening last-mile delivery of welfare programs—with the larger goal of adding meaningful value to the lives of those who need it the most.
