Maintain a thorough understanding of core vs. context functions within the global platformTranslate core/context to the formation of a Global Partner Strategy within specific functional disciplineAlign Delivery and Global Partner Strategy within specific functional discipline with respect to core/context. Drive Partner strategy to tactical assessment of partner options. Development and deployment of standardized Partner SLAs.
