My expertise in the field of Real Estate includes: • Structuring of acquisition of rights, title and interests in immovable property including commercial, industrial, residential, plantation/agricultural land (from title verification to drafting, reviewing and finalizing various agreements and deeds, and negotiating terms and conditions);• Due diligence related to real estate;• Advising on various national, state and local level Real Estate usage laws and rules such as Zonal Regulations, Building Bye-Laws, Comprehensive Development Plans and Coastal Regulation Zonal rules and advising on RERA compliant issues and its repercussions for non compliance;• Advising on Stamp Duty, Registration Fee and other applicable rules and legislation; • Advice on setting up of SEZ and EOUs and infrastructure projects. AND on REITS and INVTS;• Civil/Criminal matters arising in connection with Partition, Property, Acquisition, Succession, Debt Recovery, Dispossession etc. I have also advised and assisted clients on litigation related matters to help them obtain legal remedies.
