Sales and operations (S & OP) planning for the current month and upcoming 2 months against the budget. Handling critical communications both internal stakeholders as well as customers regarding dispatch dates/customs duty. Timely escalations on customer complaints/concerns to the plant. Customer payment tracking. Co-ordinating with Logistics regarding duty payment, invoicing, vehicle placement. Maintaining order book as well as daily dispatch plan to meet S & OP for the month. Reporting to COO.
