In my current role, I\'m a Strategic-Sourcing Manager proudly working in Amazon\'s Global capex procurement organization, mainly supporting EU & North American businesses. I specialize in strategic sourcing of components for Intralogistics in fast paced, ambiguous and challenging multiple-stakeholder business situations. I have prior experience in engineering and design, vendor management, general management and project management. Earlier in my career, I have successfully led teams to develop, engineer, manufacture and manage complex customized Large-Scale Bridge construction equipment (Launching gantry, mechanized precast moulds and heavy lifters). Most of these machines were path-breaking for the organization in a \"first of it\'s kind made here\" way.
