   Key Deliverables: Managing products such as Gas Oil, Base Oil, RPO, Naphtha, and Fuel oil. Overseeing the blending of Distillate Oil and MHO. Evaluating work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Assessing and issuing Work Permits. Overseeing Vessel Receipt Operations at Hamriyah Port\'s Inner and Main Harbour. Confirming and analysing daily stock reports, including loss/gain and Management Information System (MIS) reporting. Organising daily Tank Truck (T.T) loading/unloading operations and safety measures. Developing daily loading/unloading schedules with Custom Documents and handing them over to the duty officer. Conducting site rounds to monitor daily stock status, losses, and gains. Examining all receipt and delivery records to assess current stock levels.
