   3D modelling and detailing of reinforced concrete – this requires me to modelevery reinforcement bar in a structure to a 3mm tolerance, thereby ensuring thatthe structure is de-clashed/co-ordinated can be built safely on site• Producing 2D reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules which arecoordinated with the 3DRC models• Detailing reinforced concrete structures to the appropriate code and standards– BS BS EN 1992-1-1, Good Practice Seismic Detailing Rules for HPC• Reviewing and interpreting design inputs from the structural design engineer andcivil contractor (design intents and construction method statements includingprefabrication requirement)• Query and discuss with the structural engineer where additional information isrequired or would help improve reinforced concrete detailing• Performing clash detection of reinforced concrete models in Navisworks to ensurecoordination with other disciplines – e.g. models are de-clashed against pipeworkand embedded plates• Optimise designs by reducing the number of bespoke bars (reduce total bar marknumber) – this helps the contractor in procuring and fixing reinforcement• Plan and schedule with modelling and drawing work to ensure that the projectprogramme is met• Sharing lessons learnt in the team so that we can collectively improve our skillsand the quality of work• Managing, training and guiding junior modellers.
