Designing natural gas compressor packages for gas lift, gas gathering and other pipeline applications • Preparing General Arrangement, P & ID, electrical, pipe fab, vessel fab, and skid fab. drawings • Preparing controls narrative, cause & effect, and sequence of operation • Reviewing acoustical and torsional analysis reports and implementing recommendations in the project • Experience with motors, engine, pumps, various types of coolers and filters • Sizing safety relief valves, control valves, pumps, sheave-pulley-belt assembly, and different instruments • Sizing instrument like pressure transmitters, thermocouples, RTD, vibration transmitters, level transmitters, and proximity switches to maintain the safety of the equipment • Helping controls team to prepare program for operability and safety of the machines • Optimizing the engineering processes to save engineering time using latest technology
