Good knowledge and experience of working on RFX (RFI/RFP/RFQ), ability to create RFx in line with business requirements.Monitor and control IT procurement expenses to align with the organization\'s financial goals. Develop and manage the IT procurement budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Implement cost-saving initiatives, negotiate competitive pricing, and optimize vendor contracts to reduce IT procurement costs, SLA Compliance and process / system improvement. Ensure that all IT procurement activities comply with organizational policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. Conduct vendor performance assessments and reviews to assess vendor effectiveness and compliance with contracts. Define and follow practices, procedures and policies to reach agreement with internal and external stakeholders. Resolve vendor disputes, escalations, and issues in a timely and efficient manner. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and suppliers. Ensure vendors meet agreed-upon service levels and performance standards. Provides assistance and training to lower-level associates. Creating the monthly, quarterly, yearly MIS. Having the good knowledge of SAP MM Module.
