About Prashant Bhansali
Ever since my childhood (literally, I was 12 years old), I wanted to start my venture. Being born in a Marwari business family, it was eventually evident. Throughout my life, I went through various ups and downs that have taught me that no matter what, life is about learning and growing. When I was in college, I used to believe that a good CGPA and high school marks are enough to land great job opportunities. Well, I was wrong. To be honest, the current education system is broken, and while the colleges do prepare us with the right technical/functional skills, they miss out on essential job growth skills (resume makeover, job search, interview cracking, salary negotiation, etc). It took me almost a year, working with my mentors, and researching through hundreds of resources and guides online to develop a model that could help anyone secure a job with any brand and get a substantial pay raise. And, I have made this my life motto to help professionals grow in their careers with this model so that they can also reach their true potential and live a life of growth and success.
