My career to date has given me exposure to a number of areas, starting in Talent Acquisition, Hiring (Campus and Lateral), Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management and Performance Management (Including 360 degree appraisal implementation), Training & Development, Industrial Relation, Handling multiple unions, Long-term settlements, analyzing CoDs, Disciplinary proceedings, Statutory Compliance, Joining with GMTCIPL in C&B team as a Human Capital Data Administrator, From there I again wished to challenge myself and progress my career and decided to enter into the Steel & Iron Manufacturing Sector. This greatly interested me and I decided to stay in the sector and have progressed my career and development continually in this vein. Ensuring I have achieved career progression and growth in as many roles as possible to become a more Professional and results focused individual. The goals I now have set for myself always revolve around change. Change to me means new challenges and experiences that will keep one growing and career moving forward to add value in whatever endeavors I find myself in. I bring the ability to manage and grow with organizations in influencing, shaping and building effective HR Passion.
