Having enough knowledge of C#, SQL and.NET to keep things running smoothly.What excites me most is solving real problems with simple automation that actually helps people. I believe the best bots are the ones that save time, cut errors, and let humans focus on work that really matters.I am passionate about emerging technologies, including intelligent and agentic automation, and continuously seek opportunities for growth and new challenges.Before RPA, I worked in IT support, network troubleshooting, and NOC operations, which gave me a strong base to understand both tech and business needs. My bots are the only teammates I’ve had who never complain, never forget, and never ask for coffee breaks.
