23 years of experience in the hospitality industry, have been always passionate about it started my career at Rajvilas, the Oberoi Group, as a chef which laid a strong foundation for me for the upcoming years and deepened my knowledge in food. Moved to the USA and worked on Carnival Cruise lines, which gave me a chance to work in front of the house, I was a chef waiter and it is during that time I got interested more in wines. Carnival supported me and send me to Napa to gain hands-on Knowledge of wines, and I got certified sommelier, and it\'s all past now. i am a certified sommelier WSET Level 3, Sake sommelier Level 1, Court of master sommelier level 2. Currently working as a GM for a Japanese Restaurant Taido, on the 12 floor of Le Meridian Gurugram looking for a change. and share my knowledge and experience.
