You need to choose your association according to your vision\"(I started alone on this journey. But people kept joining and it became a big team… and now a movement….) I had set off on a journey to elevate human life and enhance business performance with the setting up of TheOther 2 Thirds in December 2018. Today, on one hand, we have a team of passionate youngsters and on the other hand a team of experienced consultants pursuing the purpose. The team has created a vision to “Impact businesses by 2025, 1 million employees, 5 million people, and help add 1.4% to the GDP of the country”. Despite the Covid situation, the team is on track to achieve the target. To achieve the vision, we have developed multigenerational well-being and employee engagement model, WE-MATTER, to address the issues of GenY and GenZ, besides GenX, leveraging my research of the past two decades. Besides, WE predict performance and attrition over the next two quarters. WE prescribe the actions to be taken at the different team levels. This model aims to improve the lives of employees and in turn their families. Happy and engaged employees will deliver a 30% growth in revenue and margins, without any significant investment in fixed assets or fixed costs, leading to significantly higher profits and valuation. To help a large number of companies to harness the benefit of the model, we have set up a technology portal to measure W.E. elements, deliver reports, and train managers, leaders, HR colleagues, and people to create engaged organizations. For those who want on the ground support, our consultants are eager to help clients with our consulting and training capability, and experience in transforming businesses. To help an even larger audience, I am documenting my experiences and learning in the form of a book, “The Other 2 Thirds” which should be available by the end of this year.
