As a Product Manager at ABB, I own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for industrial automation and digital solutions spanning software and connected hardware. My role focuses on defining and executing multi-year product strategies and roadmaps aligned with global business objectives, market trends, and customer needs—particularly across digitalization, energy efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence.I work closely with customers, OEMs, EPCs, system integrators, and internal stakeholders to conduct market research, competitive analysis, and Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives to identify unmet needs, whitespace opportunities, and differentiation across process industries, discrete manufacturing, and energy segments. I develop data-driven business cases, including market sizing, value propositions, pricing considerations, and ROI justification, to support portfolio and investment decisions.I lead New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept ideation and requirements definition through agile development, commercialization, and post-launch optimization. This includes authoring PRDs, prioritizing backlogs, and working in Agile/Scrum environments using Jira and Azure DevOps to ensure predictable, high-quality delivery.I collaborate with global cross-functional teams across engineering, sales, marketing, service, and product management to align development and go-to-market execution. From a technical perspective, I provide product leadership across industrial automation, drives and motion control, robotics-enabled applications, industrial IoT, edge computing, cloud platforms (Azure), and analytics, tracking KPIs such as adoption, revenue, margins, NPS, and uptime to drive continuous improvement.
