Working on Body Control Modules (BCMs), collaborating with system testing and integration teams across Mexico, USA, and India to ensure Quality Control and Functional Safety (ISO 26262) compliance.Responsible for requirement analysis, test plan design, effort estimation, activity tracking, maintaining the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and delivering artifacts to customers using hybrid and Agile methodology. Conduct risk assessments, root cause analysis, and manage daily and weekly status reviews (DSR, WSR) to track project progress. Support team competency development, RFQ estimation for new projects, and coordinate client interactions.Oversee HiL commissioning, development, and upgrades for test setups, including dSPACE HiL and static simulators, for both ongoing and new projects. It includes analysing the schematic diagrams, finding all the I/Os, types such as analog/digital/pwm and Communication Channels based on that selection of required setup, dSPACE IO Boards etc.Responsible for HD Ride Mode Control module (Mode selection such as Sports, Rain, City and Traction Control etc) testing, provide debugging support and assist team members in resolving technical challenges.
