Developed a 40-member Off-Shore Service Bulletin and Cabin Retrofit Engineering Team to support Airbus programs. Established delivery processes and a governance model to support France and Germany engagements, successfully set-up performance metrics for Aerospace and Automotive Engineering Teams. Defined & developed business processes, including delivery, offshore and global collaborations, scalability, billing configuration, governance, capacity planning, resource management, talent acquisition, business prospecting, and RFX process and contract management. Led initiatives to develop collaborations with Tier-2 vendors in engineering services, covering resource sharing contracts, training, and joint bids.
