Coordination with Factory, Vendors & Suppliers for assembling and timely completion of Projects. Plan and execute FAT for the Project with the customer. Ensure that all Milestone & Quality Gate requirements are complete prior to the Milestone / Quality Gate Meetings. Plan, control, and report on project execution, including claim management, Manage risk and opportunity in collaboration with internal customers. Coordination of commissioning activity. Report project status to management. Close project at completion and archive project files. Standardize proven solutions for the upcoming projects. Manage team, resources, and mentor team members, and provide engineering support to team members. Provide remote commissioning support for the control system. Support for offer preparation.
