As the Senior Manager and Head of Communication Design at MATTER, I lead brand and creative strategy across four key functions — Visual Communication, New Media Design, Content Design & Strategy, and Production Design. My focus is on translating business goals into cohesive brand narratives, communication systems, and creative experiences that span the full consumer and organizational journey.Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact: • Own the end-to-end brand and creative strategy across MATTER’s digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints, ensuring consistency of voice, tone, and design across all platforms. • Lead communication design for CX, PX, and EX, crafting customer-facing messaging, employee experience content, and partner/stakeholder narratives that reinforce MATTER’s purpose and positioning. • Oversee multi-channel communication strategies for ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns, aligned to different stages of the consumer journey — from awareness and engagement to conversion and advocacy. • Spearhead go-to-market (GTM) storytelling, building strategic content frameworks for launches, events, campaigns, and key brand moments. • Manage agency partnerships and internal stakeholders, ensuring delivery of creative assets, messaging, and brand activations that meet business and marketing KPIs. • Apply design thinking and storytelling principles to develop narratives that emotionally connect, educate, and inspire across audiences. • Mentor and guide cross-functional creative teams, fostering collaboration, creative excellence, and high-performance culture.
