Look after the entire gamut of merchandising function after getting the order till dispatch. Communicate and coordinate with clients through various modes and selling the products and offer the product range. Develop new Corporate product range as per the buyer requirement also offer our range to the buyers. Keeping a track on sales and mentoring sales executive performance. Implementing new sales and marketing strategies to improve sales. Proceeding sample request and coordinating with sample department to ensure that correct material is used and all comments given by customer are followed. Work on costing of the product. Arrange packaging material from local and overseas suppliers. Once samples are delivered then chase customer for the comments, so that approvals are on time and production don’t get affected due to late approvals. Monitoring the production status so that goods are dispatched on the agreed date. And if required then request customer for extension. Responsible for the smooth functioning of the floor in terms of production.
