Offering EV platforms for wide range of applications.Monitor field failures related to excavator and wheel loader segment.Responsible for field failure analysis, execution of corrective actions and mitigation of warranty/reliability cost.Perform root cause analysis on field issues/failed parts (Proprietary/Non proprietary) and taken up with respective agencies for resolution to avoid recurrence.Customer complaint data analysis and ensure actionable points to be imposed in process/supplier locations against the non confirmative observations to lead sustenance.Field visits to get first level information against the failures, application and site conditions.Review of product benchmarking against the NC from the field to scope the improvement in proprietary parts/machines.Assess product quality by monitoring metrics, reports and dashboards e.g. Failure Rate, Warranty Cost.
