Lead Civil Underground Engineer (Core Technical Group): Vinyl, Gas Cracker & Polyester Projects like PVC, VCM,CPVC, EDC, Chlor-Alkali Plant, GCU, PTA-7 FEED Package & OSBL Facility in Dahej, Gujarat:DETAILED ENGINEERING PROJECTS:• EDC Plant (Ethylene Dichloride Unit): Responsible for reviewing detailed engineering documents for the EDC project. Coordinated with DEC counterpart ThyssenKrupp for finalization of the drainage philosophy. Ensured track Project schedule & technical compliance of drainage design and drawings, and conducted reviews of technical offers, Statements of Quantities (SOQ), and P & ID.• CA Plant (Chlor-Alkali Unit): Responsible for reviewing detailed engineering documents for the Chlor-Alkali project. Coordinated with DEC counterpart TCE Tata Consulting Engineers for finalization of the drainage philosophy. Ensured track Project schedule & technical compliance of drainage design and drawings, and conducted reviews of technical offers, Scheduled of Quantities (SOQ).• PTA-7 Plant (Purified Terepthalic Acid): Responsible for technical assistance to DEC (CTCi, China) including drainage philosophy & review of site grading, drainage drawings, MTO, Review of Technical Offer & Bidders TQ, Involved in 30% Model review.• OSBL DMD Dahej O2C Project: Prepared conceptual CMC storage yard planning including roads, drainage system & site grading drawing. Involved Review of Mega channel design, drawings. Review of Main Gate Drainage, Paving & Layout drawings. Site visit with Project & DEC (Bechtel & Aker Power gas) for OSBL New western mega channel feasibility study.• Gas Cracker Unit (GCU)(Brownfield Project): Conducted technical reviews and provided support for DEC (Technip Energies) documents.
