About Prashant Mohan
My professional journey started in 2010 when I joined IOCL as a young Chemical Engineer. I was posted at Panipat Refinery for 6 years where I gained insight into petroleum refining technology. I was bestowed with an opportunity to run the plant MSQ(NHT, PENEX, PRIME G and RSU)which improves the quality of petrol to meet BS-VI specifications. Since 2016, I have been working at IOCL Refineries Headquarters, New Delhi where my role shifted from refinery operations to carrying out feasibility studies. My current job responsibility is to co-ordinate with technology providers and carry out techno-economic feasibility studies. I have been instrumental in carrying stage-1 approvals of various refinery projects at IOCL.
