I am a punctual and motivated individual who can work in a busy environment and produce high standards of work. I am an excellent team worker and can take instructions from all levels and build good working relationships with all colleagues and stakeholders. I am flexible, and reliable and possess excellent time-keeping skills I ‘m a dedicated professional with over 4 years of experience in the development sector. and self-motivated rural professional with expertise in project management, having strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Currently, I am working as a YP - Farm Livelihood Manager at the District Project Coordination Unit, Samastipur, BRLPS Jeevika, focusing on the empowerment of eligible women as agri-entrepreneurs in each panchayat of the Block. These entrepreneurs establish their Service centers at their living panchayat and ensure the quality of agri inputs for farmers, digital banking, vegetable nurseries, and sellout the agri output Products. I am working on the ecological practices in different crops. In this programme, 836 Village level skilled extension worker help us to build the capacity of women farmers (approx 224712) on all three agricultural seasons. Before that, I had worked for 2.5 years as a YP - District Lead in the SJY BRAC Ultra-Poor Graduation Model Project. Here, I was responsible for the overall implementation of this program. Through this program, we supported ultra-poor households by providing various types of assistance to establish different livelihood activities such as micro-enterprises, livestock, and farm activities with the support of fund in 2-3 tranche.(upto 2 Lakh). As per their eligibility I also support him to provide government support through different convergence schemes.
