   Progressively enlightened quality dept. for continuous improvement of product quality as a Metallurgist- Continuously developed raw material suppliers & improved label, and TC format according to ICC specification requirements. The process and product improvement points have been suggested after visiting and auditing the raw material supplier’s manufacturing sites- Meaningfully involved in a new Raw Material purchase, Quality confirmation, & testing of RM on a regular basis- Improved internal quality check parameters by revising the checklist to approve incoming raw material with stringent adherence to quality standards & identifying gaps and taking corrective action on deviations- Strategically improved in-process inspection by making process inspection trolley, prepared new set-up approval format, and revised in-process inspection format to improve product quality- Effectively indoctrinate quality associates in a daily meeting for improvement in quality inspection and method- Setting heat treatment parameters for Normalizing, Hardening & Tempering for all products- Act as a single point contact for all QMS initiatives, part of the Internal Audit Team to define documents and implement QMS for all manufactured products- Handling Customer Complaints by investigation & implementing countermeasures for CAPA measures- Actively involved in implementing & executing, various quality improvement projects in various quality systems.
